    A real symbol of Naples - a straw paper wrapping containing every sort of fried food - the cuoppo dates back to the 19th century and it cannot miss an appetizer.
    Potato croquettes, zeppoline, arancini, stuffed pasta omelettes, battered vegetables.

  • SCAGLIUOZZI E CREMA DI BUFALA €7,00

    Triangles of fried polenta and salt, accompanied by a delicate cream of buffalo mozzarella.

  • CIURILLI 2pz - €5,00

    Fried courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta, mascarpone, cracklings, provolone, salt and pepper.

  • MONTANARINE FRITTE 2 pz - €5,00

    Our light mixes are used to make even the montanare, a very old type of pizza and well-known thanks to the movies scene "L'oro di Napoli" ("The Gold of Naples").
    The montanarine, after being fried, are seasoned with DOP tomatoes, provola dei Monti Lattari, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 months, fresh basil.

  • BATTILOCHIO 2 pz - €5,00

    A sort of mini pizza, the base mix of the montanarine changes its shape and becomes the "battilocchio", so called because you can eat it fast and easily while enjoying its sublime taste.
    INGREDIENTS: Fior di latte and ricotta from the Lattari Mountains, cicoli, salt and pepper.
